Our Mental Health Helpline provides essential information and referrals to anyone facing a mental health issue or living with mental illness, their families and service providers. You may access a list of health professionals and resources via our website or by calling us directly. Our trained staff will conduct a brief assessment of your needs and help link you to the most appropriate community resource and services including professional behavioral health and social service providers, self-help groups, informational websites, and more.
